REFUND POLICY

OUR COMMITMENT

All Seven Normandy coffee is roasted to order and shipped fresh directly from our roasting facility in the United States. Because every order is prepared specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns of coffee products. However, we stand behind the quality of what we sell and will always work to make things right if something goes wrong.

Our goal is simple: if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sevennormandy.com. Include your order number and, if possible, a photo showing the issue.

For confirmed damaged or incorrect orders, we will either reship the correct product at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method, at your preference.

QUALITY CONCERNS

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your coffee, please contact us at info@sevennormandy.com within 14 days of delivery. Let us know what the issue was; we take quality feedback seriously and want to understand what went wrong. We will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement order or store credit.

We will not ask you to ship coffee back to us. That would be pointless for a perishable product, and we respect your time.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Because our coffee is a perishable, made-to-order product, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind, flavor preference, or ordering error (such as selecting the wrong grind or size). Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you are enrolled in a subscription, you may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@sevennormandy.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Once an order within your subscription has been submitted to our roasting facility for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If a subscription order arrives damaged or incorrect, the same policy above applies - contact us within 7 days, and we will resolve it.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because our coffee is roasted to order, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the roasting process. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@sevennormandy.com. If the order has not yet entered the roasting queue, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If roasting has already begun, we will be unable to accommodate the cancellation.

REFUND PROCESSING

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Processing times vary by bank and credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@sevennormandy.com.
