Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
All orders are roasted to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for roasting and processing, followed by 3–5 business days for delivery. Total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days.


When will my order ship?
Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our roasting facility.


Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time. Because every order is roasted fresh, processing time is part of the experience.


Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.



Coffee & Freshness

What does “roasted to order” mean?
We don’t keep pre-roasted inventory. Your coffee is roasted after you place your order, then shipped directly to you for maximum freshness.


Why does shipping take longer than other online stores?
Because your coffee isn’t sitting on a shelf. The additional time ensures you receive coffee at its best.


Where is your coffee roasted?
All orders are roasted and shipped from our fulfillment partner in the United States.


How should I store my coffee?
Keep your coffee in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Avoid refrigeration.



Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?
Because our coffee is roasted to order, we do not accept returns. However, if something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days at info@sevennormandy.com with your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


What if I’m not satisfied with the quality?
Let us know within 14 days. We take quality seriously and will work with you on an appropriate resolution.



Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?
You can choose a delivery frequency (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Your coffee will be roasted and shipped automatically at that interval.


Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes. You can manage your subscription through your account or contact us anytime at info@sevennormandy.com.


When are subscription orders processed?
Orders are processed according to your selected schedule. Once an order enters the roasting process, it cannot be modified or canceled.
