Peru

Some coffees ask something of you. This one just gives. Peru is a single origin medium roast from the high-altitude farms of Piura and Amazonas — grown between 1,100 and 1,700 meters by the Norandino cooperative, washed and sun-dried for a clean, focused cup. Salted caramel sweetness up front, a silky body that carries through, and a crisp citrus lift on the finish. Especially good for pour-over. Patient with drip. Forgiving of nothing that deserves forgiveness.
